Jade is an absolute gem! She has been doing my hair for years and years and I love it every time. She is great with colour, cuts, and styling! Her salon is always very clean and everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend crops and bobbers as I have never had a bad experience there.

Eric and his wife are amazing at what they do. One time they kept their store open just to do my hair (emergency) I haven't stopped going back since then. Their prices are reasonable and their work is impeccable.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I’ve been going since they first opened and every experience is consistent professional relaxing and I always leave with PERFECT nails. I’m very very picky when it comes to nails and have literally tried almost every place in Coquitlam - the products they use here and the training of all the staff is so so so obvious. You can feel it when they’re using products how luxurious and high end even the most basic products they use are. They don’t cheap out any where. They always offer you a hospitable quiet and relaxing environment unlike many places in Coquitlam. They always fit you in, and even if your main nail technician isn’t working they all offer the same quality service and you always leave happy. The owner Amy is the sweetest woman ive ever met and you can tell she’s passionate on providing a really above and beyond experience for all the men and women who walk in. I cannot recommend this place enough! Every time I get my nails done I get non stop compliments. Also, their color selection is vast and they’re always bringing in the newest and most trending selections!! Love you guys!

I come here for haircuts with my boyfriend often and we usually go to the same stylist, Kara. She's very experienced and also just an incredibly lovely person. Their prices are incomparable with other salons. You get so much out of what you pay for! I love how they give you a free wash/massage in the beginning (common in Asian salons).

Funny, I had a whole different experience than Polly... I thought the service was excellent. They gave me a very thorough consultation, knowing what kind of skin treatment I needed and what is not neccessary. I thought the lady was really nice because she didn't push me to purchase anything, but just gave me professional suggestions!! Unlike other places I've been, after the first service, they pressure me to buy other products and services! I had a Diamond Micro-dermabrasion done, and I was quite please of the immediate effects of it! My pores were obviously smaller and there was a natural glow on my face! While she was working on my face, she also helped me shaped my eyebrows for free! The package was kinda expensive.. 10 times for 900 something, but she gave me other free stuff too!! Its a small business but I felt they respected and cared for their customers! The lady working there was pretty funny too! she kept making me laugh when i did my facial! shes sooo nice!!!

I work at Zennkai in Pitt Meadows and had a guest come in asking about Deva Curl products, she had mentioned she saw it cheaper and some holiday packs at this salon and asked if I could call and see if they still had them and what was a better deal for her. I didn't mind at all as I am a honest person and am always looking for the best deal. I called and spoke to the front end staff and asked how much they were going for, she told me they don't sell DevaCurl anymore. I left the conversation and let the guest know, she was kinda shocked because she remembered seeing it not long ago. I called back and asked when they discontinued the line to have her say " I see you're calling from a another hair salon and I am not obliged to give out this info and if the customer wants the product they can come and get it themselves ". WOW, not only did she lie to me she was rude, when all I was trying to do is get the guest the best deal. Horrible customer service, regardless if I work at a competitor salon all the way in Pitt Meadows that shouldn't matter you should treat everyone with respect and not lie. Thankfully Heads Up in Coquitlam center was more than welcome to let me know they had a holiday pack that included a free DevaCurl Supercream with a purchase of their holiday pack, something we weren't offering here. So she decided to go there instead :)

I have thick and curly hair which can be tricky to cut, and I've been getting my hair cut here for years. They always listen to what kind of hair cut I want and I've always left super happy with how they cut it! Definitely recommend it to anyone who has thick and curly hair.

She did some of my friends hair for grad last year, it looked really good.
