Made an appointment for my son for 2:45. Gave them my telephone number. Hung out at the mall for a few hours and have lunch. When we arrived at the salon we were told they could not honor the appointment. Because the stylist was busy with other customers. I suggested squeezing Us in and making her other customers wait 15 minutes so that my son could get a haircut, but the stylist wasn't willing. I was told another stylist could cut his hair for twice the amount of money! Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. I would avoid at all costs.

I came here because of a groupon and I desperately needed a cut. I had Brook and she was very sweet and patient with me as I kept asking her to go back and thin my hair out more. She also cut my hair to donate and offered to mail it off for me, which is such a nice service to offer as I always have good intentions to donate but then I bring it home and don't get around to mailing it. When she finished up, she said to wear & wash my new cut for a few days and to call them back if I want anything fixed, which makes me feel assured as a customer. A hidden little gem in midtown :)

I was trying to make an appointment as I heard great things about this salon, to get turned down and ignored. I messaged a stylist at the salon named Mak with questions regarding a treatment to hopefully book this way, to be ignored again and left on READ while I see this individual continues to post on her instagram but ignores me... I then get a friend of mine to inquire out of curiosity and she got a response...If you are going to be judgemental and rude to potential customers do not work in the field!!!!!!!!
