Went in to see the owner Laura for a men's cut. I had a mop on my head and she trimmed me all up and got me looking like a gentleman. I'll be back for maintenance trims !

Doesn't answer phone, you sometimes have to call several times over a few days to get a response. ( home business ) know someone who showed up for an appt and was told she didn't have an appointment at that time ( she did have the day & time right ) myself I had been there a few times but then was basically dropped as a client, well I got the hint when I called several times looking to book an appointment but my calls were never returned. It wasnt anything I'd done as a customer, I guess she just didn't need the business. So odd as usually the customer choses whether a place of business is right for them, not a business dropping customers for no reason. Thats fine with me, glad I no longer go.. as customer service is everything today with so many choices.

Went in for a quick shave trim. Nothing fancy. How did they manage to screw it up? A coworker pointed my back out. She clearly shaved wrong and I asked for a 1 all around.. why did she shave my bottom shorter???? Soo mad. Terrible.

Rebecca is awesome! She always takes care of you in a friendly and professional manner! She also offers eyebrow and lip waxing! Excellent service.

I've been going here for a couple of months and I could not be happier with the results. Originally I came in with a couple of photos and a vague description and they were able to figure out exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. They are very nice people who really know their stuff and there is very little wait time. I couldn't recommend them enough.

So I got in today around 5. Waited for about 10 minutes before they told me they accepted there last customer. They just finished 2 kids and had No one there. And there sign says open until 6pm. I don't know what to say about this locations service.
