I walked in asking for help as I had previously received a bad hair cut elsewhere. I was sat right down and had my hair cut properly. It did not take long and I was given just what I wanted in the first place. I also enjoyed a very nice conversation.
I will be going back and bringing my daughter as well.

Not pleased at all.
When I called to make the appointment, I asked if they had someone who was good with pixie cuts. They said yes, so I made an appointment. My daughter was going from a mohawk to a pixie (as I have done before, myself without issue). So it shouldn't have been hard, as half the work was already done for them.
In short: My daughter did not get a pixie cut. The stylist divided the top into two sides to cut it, which is odd for a pixie cut, and then cut them at two different lengths. Furthermore, the shorter side was cut at two different lengths (pictured) in a choppy fashion.
And yes, I could have complained and asked them to fix it, but I can't explain how to fix it. The best I can do is show them the photo (attached) again. But I already showed them the photo about 6 times, as well as photos of when I had my mohawk transitioned to a pixie (also pictured) for further clarification, and they still turned it into a sort of messed up, layered, bowl cut.
So now I have to take my daughter somewhere else to get it redone. And because the cut on the one side way too short, she's now going to end up with a cut that is not what she wanted.
