Nancy has been doing my entire families hair for 30+ years !! Would never consider going anywhere else ! I love her technique as well as her product line - my hair is always perfect - she works around my insane work schedule . Always so cheerful and has a funny story to share !! Love this place !!!

This hair salon is fantastic! The hair stylist is polite and is an expert at dealing with any type of customer of any age! I say 'dealing with' but what I'm redefining to is the interaction between her and the varied customers. I've seen her in action and she interacts with everyone in ways that is comfortable to them. That's not to say she is lacking personality, she is quite the energetic person, but that she is respectful of your, the customers, needs and personalities. Plus, her hair design and styling techniques are extraordinary, you just have to tell her what you want, being a photo, outline changes ask for suggestions from her, etc., and she will make it happen. Believe me when I say she won't let you leave the salon with a hair style that you are unhappy with. Every time I go here it is a wonderful experience and I leave with amazing hair~

Place I normally get my hair cut was closed by the time I got there so I went to SmartStyle Salon on a whim. Worst mistake ever. First they charge almost 3 dollars more than where I normally get my hair cut. Second when I got home and got a better look in the mirror I noticed that the left side of my head had way more hair than the right side. Also got a second opinion from my dad and he said I should go back and have them fix it free of charge seeing as they messed it up and also because I gave them a decent tip for a terrible job. My thoughts are they'll probably mess it up to the point it can't be fixed and I'll be forced to have it all shaved off and have to wait forever til it finally grows back. I'm just going to have someone else I trust fix it so it doesn't happen. At any rate, don't get your hair cut here or you'll regret it.

I've been getting my hair cut for a few years from Manda Terry. Top knotch hair stylist. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Give them a try and you'll keep coming back.

I had been searching for someone who could cut my hair for nearly two years, and a very good friend recommended this place. I was apprehensive at first because I've had several places CHOP my hair and wasn't happy with the results. I have VERY thick hair, and wanted it textured... She knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and within 45 minutes I was astonished at how quickly, and efficiently she cut my hair! JUST what I wanted, and the layers were PERFECT! I have received SEVERAL compliments about my haircut, and tell everyone what a wonderful job she did, and I have found MY hairstylist!!! I've been going to her now, for quite some time, and I will NEVER go to another hairstylist! Lorena does EXCELLENT work, and she has even started to put highlights in my hair...She did my highlights on Saturday, and I lost count of how many people have made compliments on my hair color, and cut....If I could give her a ten, I would...she is professional, excellent in hair cutting, coloring, etc. and I am so happy that I've found her!

I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Not only was I treated like royalty by all of the exceptional staff, I walked out with the best possible hair cut (Caroline) and colour (Nathan) I could imagine. Book yourself in - you won’t regret it. :)

I came out with fabulous hair and the stylist was really nice . My hair is now healthy and shiny ( 4d afro type of hair ) and the price was less than expected for a hair salon in Covent Garden

I had amazing organic perm with Anna. It was 4 month since I did the perm, and it still looks amazing. Curls look so lovely and natural, no one can guess it is perm:) Stiling takes no effort, just wash, and dry, and hair looks amazing and curly :) I tried other salons years ago for digital perm and normal chemical perm, but by some reasons it didn't hold that long, maybe my hair is perm resistant, but this organic perm holds amazingly long and my hair never felt damaged to the touch after the perm. Anna is lovely as well, receptionist was looking after me offering drinks and snacks on many occasions during my stay, so in general very nice experience, even salon is a bit far from me but not many salons offer organic perm, and worth travelling and worth every pennny. Thank you very much Anna:) I will be back :)
