So happy to have found this place. Finally a hairdresser (Gareth) who understands that a glasses wearer doesn't want to take off their glasses for the whole cut! V friendly. Plus the bar is fab. Normally the introvert me can't stand going to the hairdresser but will be a repeat customer for sure.

First time visiting Concrete Hair and it was a great experience. Had my hair cut by the lovely and talented Adis who made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. Just got a haircut... and this is a disaster - I didn’t even know what to say in the end when I saw my back in the mirror... it is not only uneven but cut shorter than it was agreed... I was seating on the chair for nearly 4 hours just to cut my hair few centimetres... I lost lots of hair due to pulling my hair out excessively and drying them too much... When I said what I think, the hairdresser commented that my ‘hair will grow back in 2 weeks’ - really?! That is the worst hairstyle I’ve ever get... EDIT: looks better now when I washed and styled by myself

Lovely salon with kind and knowledgeable staff. Nice coffee and a relaxing head massage and moreover a great haircut from Jordan! Highly recommended.

I'd never had a permanent hairdresser until I started seeing Serena two years ago. Every time I go in I give her a challenge and she always does an amazing job - giving me a new look and adding her own cool edge every time, I've gone from hair past my shoulders to almost all cut off and always left happy and excited to show off my new do! I totally trust her and love seeing what she'll do with those scissors (and occasionally shaver!). I love Serena!

I have been going to the Mayfair location of Vidal Sassoon for about a year now and have had my hair done by Sasha. Sasha has been great in understanding my hair and what I want in a cut. I recommend her highly for anyone who is looking for a really good stylist. !!!

Using them for 11ys now, nice cut，very reasonable priced compared with others in central London. Extremely popular for Asians but you often see Westerns in there too.

A rustic, comfortable place to get your hair cut. In the ground level, there seems to be only 2 cutting stations but go down and you'll find more. Ryoko's cut is certainly an expert's. And do ask for yuzu tea when offered; it was heavenly.

The studio is really pretty and Andrew was very calm and friendly. I love my Brazilian blow dry and will definitely be back!

I can honestly say this is one of the TOP hair salons in London. This is my first visit to the salon, booking process was smooth and the girl on reception was very helpful and professional. I had my colour, cut and blow dry done with director Hiro Miyoshi. Walking into the salon I was welcomed with a warm smile from everyone, the whole atmosphere in the salon is calming, relaxing and very elegant. Director Hiro walked me in and sat me on one of the chairs. He thoroughly explained what we are doing and what will work for my hair, at this point I was relaxed and trusted him completely. Hiro was very attentive and very knowledgeable, he recommended a hair treatment that did wonders to my hair. Customer service was amazing, I would highly recommend the salon and will definitely go back for my next hair appointment.

I’ll give it three stars because it’s nice that they have a hairdresser service at the hospital available for patients. The hairdresser didn’t know what a skin fade was unfortunately, and so the end result wasn’t worth the money paid. But it did the job for the time, keeping my hair under control after having been hospitalised for months.

Totally agree with the other comments below the friendliest and best hairdresser salon I have ever used ... always feel welcome and all give an excellent service and advice very happy with my latest haircut from Martyn ..highly recommended !
