Had a gift certificate for a Hair treatment, and several other aesthetic treatments. When I went for the hair consultation and cut, there was no consultation, and the cut lasted approximately 7 minutes from hair wash to finish. I had to try to make small talk to which I received one-word answers and when I was done, there was no blow-dry because that would have cost $20 extra. Could not get my complimentary hair foils because I would not pay for the blow-dry. So I had to wait until I got home to blow-dry it and realize how awful the cut was. More than 4 inches was cut off and I have bangs and choppy layers as if a 4 year old cut it. I specifically asked to keep the length and for NO bangs.
Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning for my other treatments. Will be calling to speak to the manager to have my hair cut fixed and or have my certificate reimbursed to the person who gave it to me.
