I am very picky about who I trust to do my hair and am new to the area. After doing some research, and reading many 5 star reviews (no reviews were less than 5 stars), I thought I would give Trio Hair Salon a try. I was VERY impressed! Kaylee went above and beyond what I asked her to do to my hair. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the extra time to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and gave me so many great tips! When I asked about hair care products I wasn't pushed to buy them. I was even given samples to try before purchasing the product to make sure it worked for my hair. I have NEVER had a hair salon do that for me. I absolutely love my hair and will be going back. If you are looking for a hair salon that will take care of you and have you walking out looking fantastic, I would HIGHLY suggest going here.

I have had a haircut I wasn't to happy with here, however; Chelsea is absolutely fantasic and was able to fix it for me. I sincerely appreciate her expertise, advice, and small talk. Will be back here to see her for my next appointment.

Always get exactly what I want and not long wait

After 4 years with another stylist milking me for money and hundreds of dollars never truly giving me what I want, I went in to see Trina to perform a miracle on my black box dye job after being so frustrated. She did exactly what I asked her to from cut to color and added extra color just to appease me. She worked her butt off from 2pm to 11:30 pm to get me there. My hair felt better after all the processes she did than before I came in to see her. If you want amazing quality hair for your money, definitely go see Trina and let her make you over.

It's Supercuts. I've never been to a Supercuts in the US that was amazing. Each time I go in I never know what I'm going to look like. They're fast but they never do what I want for my hair. It's always different. I go here because it's cheap and my hair grows fast so I don't mind if they mess up. If you want quality go to Graffiti but you'll be paying more for a better haircut everytime. Supercuts has a time limit that they have to finish haircuts which I think is weird especially when there's two supercuts in Rexburg.

I walked in and they said 25 min wait so i have waited about 45 minutes so far. New people are walking in and Im guessing they checked in online so i downloaded the app to see if i could beat myself in but the app only shows location. Two guys before walked out already and i asked a lady that came in after me how online check in works and she said she didn't know and that she just texted her friend that works here. Then the lady cutting hair gave me a guilty look. Im just leaving my review now because ive burned almost 80% of my battery waiting here and my phone is about to die.

Great Hair Cut! I hate Super Cuts in Rexburg. So, I go here for a great hair cut.
