Understaffed. No customer service in mind. Tell me there is a 1 hour wait when there is 2 hair stylist working and a total of 3 customers in house (including me). 1 hair stylist goes home while im waiting. 1 hairstylist left with 1.5 hours left open. Last time I will ever set foot in this place.
Never got my haircut, left after too long of wait.

Bought this as a Groupon... contacted the listed number (Bri) to schedule an appointment for my mani/pedi. It was extremely difficult to get a simple response back. I sometimes waited days for a response. Availability was very limited with evenings or weekends, and it was weeks before there was an opening. I ended up requesting a credit back from Groupon due to the poor business and lack professional and prompt responses I received. I will give somebody else my business.
