Very friendly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The knowledge of the products that are available for your type of hair and what will work for you was a plus. Especially since I have thick hair that loves to be frizzy when I would rather it be more tame and not so out there. I've gone to mamy salons and very hard to find one that will actually accomplish the look I was going for. Most usually over do things as in way too short or are in such a hurry they miss the little details. Thank you Rachel you are Awsome.
