I went in yesterday to go a bit shorter. I ended up with Sheri/manager. DON'T LET HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR! I should get a refund. I wanted a different look and she chopped my hair off and insisted on doing her own thing. She glued my hair down why gel and water. And then she couldn't get me out of there fast enough.I got home and it looked like a hedgehog. I've got spikes all over. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
As it grows, it becomes even more spikey and no product or super glue would help. This woman needs to be FIRED!

Not smart. When I walked into the store there was not another soul in the store other than the employee and me. She told me I would have to wait because there were other people waiting....Where? Are they ghosts? I understand the concept of putting your name on a list to save your spot in line but if you dont come back before its your turn you loose your spot. To turn the only customer in the building away because your waiting for someone who isnt there not only did you loose a sale but are also waisting your own time.
