I just love this salon front desk staff give a super warm welcome as you enter the salon. Got my hair done today by Morgan she did a fantastic job! Got full highlights I just love them. For years I use to have to curl my hair and could never pull of the straight look. Well a great BIG THANKS To Morgan I don't have to stay at the mirror curl and tease. Just wash and go wootie woot woot woot!!! Thanks again Morgan And to the rest of the focus salon staff.✂☺

Worst salon experience, EVER! When a client comes in and gets sat down at a chair full of the previous client's hair, that is an immediate red flag. And thanks for putting your Big Gulp on your station for me to stare at. And also, thanks for applying my color incorrectly and getting it ALL over the left side of my face after I told you about my lunch plans I have after my appointment. The huge streak across my face looked awesome. 'Well hunny, we are busy' good for you, no excuse to treat me like a damn mannequin head. I suppose my stylist completely ignored me when I mentioned, I STUDIED COSMETOLOGY TOO! This place should be shut down...doesn't follow Ilinois law, filthy, and horrible service.

Kendall at Hello Darling Hair is such a fantastic hair stylist! She listens, takes her time, and is precise. She makes sure everything is how you imagined it and what you hoped for before you leave her chair. Her suite is in such a neat salon building, and she her decorations are adorable. She even has a little Keurig in there and two extra chairs if you have guests with you! I'm so happy with my haircut from here, and I can't wait to have her style my wedding day hair as well! She is also certified to do eyelash extensions. One of my girlfriends goes to her for all of her hair and eyelash needs, and the results are always stellar!!! I would absolutely recommend a visit to Kendall!

Honestly, not great. I was hoping for a nice color from the Groupon and good reviews but it looks like I have pin stripes in my hair. I also called him the day after to fix multiple foils that slid down and did not color to the root and he never returned my call. I would definitely not recommend. I never write reviews but felt it was important to tell other girls what to expect.

jamas vuelvo a venir muy mal servicio , si se supone que es una estética está abierto todo el día no? y cuando llegue me cerraron la puerta y La señora IRIS me dijo que ya no me podía hacer el servicio .. cuando fue ella quien me dijo que podía llegar a cualquier hora .. Se nota muy claro el profesionalismo que gente tan más corriente

I've been going for 3-4 years now and always have a good experience and leave with a great cut and color. I can't say enough good things about Lisa for a cut and Lindsay got color. You won't be disappointed.
