Worst customer service!!!! Salon owner threatened me and banned me from her store because she didn't want to honor a valid Groupon. Would never get my hair done here... DONT GO!!!!
Update: you see the owner of the salon continues to argue with potential customers instead of resolving the issue professionally. She also claims I threatened her- I advised her that it's false advertising to offer a Groupon and not honor it. I did report her to Groupon for her actions- that's what she is claiming the "threat" is.

Absolutely terrible management. Paid $100 refundable deposit to reserve them to do my wife's hair for our wedding. We called to cancel a few days later, well within the refund period we were told, and never received our deposit refund. Called 7 times over the course of a few months asking for a manager and were told every time the manager wasn't there, no one knew their schedule, and that they would call us back. We never received a phone call. Very very poor customer service.
