I take my man here every time he needs his hair cut. Why? Might you ask when your giving a 2 star review. One he has to have his hair cut right now cant set up an appointment and they do walk in cuts. Two every time we go he tells the woman cutting his hair the truth "with me standing right their" his hair must still be pullable on top because I like to pull it in the bed room. For the woman to then get too hands on with my mans hair. Hello I am right their can pull it myself. Also have watched them skip people on their wait list for others or completely remove them and re add them after taking the person they want to take. Also have watched them cut peoples hair the way they want not the way they where asked too. Yes if your a guy and want your hair cut I have seen lots of great cut walk out but I don't see women in their unless they are with their man. But from the way they treat you with straight to name and number no hello when you walk in to when you pay not giving you your penny change. I must say the only thing they have going for them is hair coupons in the mail and walk in welcome on the door for when my man say he needs the cut today or he will cut it himself and I will have to take him any ways to this place for a cut.

I've been going to Mastercuts for the past year and a half. This was the second time I had gone to this location and they were horrible. First off, they left only one employee to work for the night. I had to wait 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment to finally get in the chair because she had taken another client before me despite the fact that I had already made an appointment. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you won't honor it? While she was dying my hair, she kept on accepting more clients which made her rush with my hair because she was promising more than she could fulfill within a reasonable time frame. After she washed the dye out, there was a TON of conditioner left in my hair. I even offered to blow dry my own hair because I could tell she was distracted by the waiting customers. When I ran my hands through my wet hair, it was full of conditioner! She proceeded to use a spray bottle to "rinse out" the conditioner. I also noticed a lot of dye on my hair line and ears that weren't rinsed out either. Personally, I felt what had happened that night was extremely unprofessional. Despite what happened, I left a good tip because I felt bad for her. In hinds site, I'm extremely disgruntled and will never go to her again.

My daughter has her hair done weekly with either Jill or Heather. They are both great stylists and always come up with something new and exciting. I cannot think of a better place to go.

Constructive suggestions: 1. Appointment scheduling can be improved-with data on returning customers 2. Seta-needs a computerized customer list to enhance customer service. 3. Greg the stylist is outstanding

Martha did amazing work on my hair. I was accommodated within a short notice and did a wonderful job with a wash and blow dry.Highly recommend this place.

Joe (the only male barber at this Great Clips location) has a disgustingly poor attitude and is simply incapable of giving a good haircut. After I made a completely reasonable request to cut my hair a bit shorter, he stormed to the back of the room, telling his coworker, "can you finish this haircut? This guy is driving me crazy! I'm going to take a break." His coworker, Mina, apologized deeply for her colleague's inferior attitude and finished my haircut as best as possible. Later, when another customer walked in, he preferred to wait for Mina to become available rather than risking a haircut from Joe. This is my second unpleasant experience with Joe. It's really a shame that such a fantastic place with predominantly excellent barbers could be spoiled by this appallingly misbehaved worker.

Pricey, but BEST haircuts from Lauren. Very well-trained and personable. Well worth the money. Nice salon.

I went in for a blow out I found it to be kind of on the dirty side. I also was not impressed with the service staff. They where not very professional, I probably would just do it my self next time and save my self the $30.00

Great guy, great cuts!

I need to preface my review with the fact that I tend to spend exorbitant amounts of money on hair color at high-end salons. As a first time customer, this was certainly a shift from my regular salon, but I was quite pleased with the outcome. I purchased a Groupon for highlights and Tatiana was very amiable and thorough in her work. At first I was a bit concerned because the top portion did not seem to match the bottom; it ended up blending just fine. She took her time and we were there for quite a while, so I know she put in all her best effort. She and Michael were also very kind to my 7-year old, whom I brought along. To be truthful, I was not a fan of the blowout as she seemed rather unfamiliar doing it. She did try to push products on me quite a bit, which I really do not like. Otherwise, it was a great first experience. Also, it was difficult for me to land an appointment for 4-5 days; nobody was picking up the phone and I was finally booked after reaching out via email. Michael is wonderful and welcoming and made the customer service aspect of the experience extremely worth it. They are fair in their pricing for what you get, so if you're looking for a cozy, more personable salon, I would go with Ida's.
