Don't EVER, ever, ever go to Cost Cutters by Target, or let Amy Bold cut your hair. They are butchers, not beauticians!! Not one single apology even after admitting she didn't cut it right!! She blamed my husband for paying for it!! I even asked for an apology and she refused!! Here are the pictures he gave her, and here's how they came home. The other pictures are what their hair looked like before they were butchered!!
