Hours on the website and the door both read 9am-9pm Mon-Fri, here I am at 9:55am on a Friday and the door is locked....

The staff here are very friendly and do a fantastic job if making me look great!

I wasn't pleased to get a surprise ear and eyebrow trim.

I will not get my hair cut here again. The lady that cut my hair did the entire cut in about 10 minutes tops and was talking to someone else the entire time. She very evidently was preoccupied and not focused on my hair. She cut the layers so unevenly and it was most likely the result of her rushing through my haircut. I would not recommend going here at all.

Gary found a time for me within 2 days when I walked in off the street. I am 42 yrs old with super short hair. Gary made me look feminine and did everything I asked for. He is perfect!!! I made a standing monthly appointment. Sooooo pleased!

This was the worst Salon experience I have ever had. Not only did they not perm my hair correctly, they placed the blame on me and refused to give me a refund. The owner is very young, as are all her stylists, who all have limited experience. I have had numerous other people come forward to me about their equally bad experiences there. Other Salons in town who have 30 plus years experience, have also received numerous customers that came to them after having a bad experience at this Salon. They have no right to be in Business if this is the way they provide customer service. Below are Facebook comments from other customers who had similar bad experiences there: You should definitely fight them! I didn't like my last experience there either 😕 I had a really bad experience there too... I too have had a bad experience there. Sounds like Aveda has a great reputation these days! Go get them girlie!!!

Went in on a Thursday, around 2:30 ish. They were able to start my gel manicure quickly. Manicurist was very nice, sparked up a conversation! I didn't like the lack of use of cuticle remover gel. I told her the shape for the nail, and it was well executed for all but two fingers. Price was good for a gel manicure.

Great service but got my finger nails 2 long 4 me 2 pick things up with it hurting like a bitch
