I will not be returning to this location. Twice now, the same gal ignored every instruction and ended up messing my hair up. In fact, after telling her I didn't want much cut off the top, she cut well over half off because she kept making mistakes and had to go shorter to try and cover it up. It was a 50 minute hair cut that I didn't get to see because she would not spin me around until the end? Extremely let down that I spent months growing my hair out for it to be ruined with a poor haircut. I would recommend another place if looking for walk in service.

Lorissa at changes messed my hair up so bad. I went in with a blue underdye and asked for it to be taken out and I left with my whole head bleach blonde when I did not want her to touch my natural hair, I wanted to remove the blue, get a cut and an ombré and i left with a patchy ass dye job and I am never going back. I wish there was an option to give zero stars
