I absolutely LOVE Sam. She is amazing!! She makes me feel beautiful and her hand massages and neck massages during the appointment are heaven!! I have also had a massage with Sarah B and it was fantastic too! I highly, highly recommend Serenity!! The staff is great!

Got the wrong color. Asked for highlights lowlights and even showed the colors. Got ALL blonde. Told her was completely not right and again showed the colors I wanted. Then she tried to fix it which made it 3 times worse. Still didn't get the color I wanted. When I got home noticed that she left some long layers in the back and said she must not have pulled it out from the cape! The positive in all of this...if you can imagine there would be..was that she kindly refunded my money for the color and apologized.
