I was lucky enough to have DSM Salon and Spa do hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party. It was a fairly large group that was managed efficiently, but most important their work was beautiful! My makeup lasted all day and my hair held up despite the rain all day! I have also been here several times for typical cut and color and have NEVER been unhappy! I live out of state but I try to plan my haircuts for when I'm back visiting because Kasey has always done a fantastic job! Thanks for a great start to my wedding day!!

Today, I went to get my hair done. To say the least, I am pretty pleased about the services I received. Maddie was very attentive to my hair and my wants. She did an amazing job with washing my hair and taking her time to blow dry and flat iron. I would like to mention that this was a big deal for me because I do have natural hair that's really coily. Also, it is not always easy to find someone to do Afro-ethnic hair in Ames. The environment was very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be using their services again.

I came in there today and was quoted an hour'and when i came back in an hour, quoted another 79 minutes more....you said you didn't know what was going on, perhaps the online reservations showed up. Terrible service, you couldn't get me in after you completely mislead me. It's one haircut, don't you think you could have just squeezed me in due to your ridiculous mistake.
