I had went to another salon to get a strawberry blonde ombré and they dyed it cherry red. I went to smart styles the next day and they fixed it. Even though it wasn't what I wanted it was a lot better than bright red. 😊

When I went to get my haircut, I was greeted with a blank or maybe a sort of angry stare by the manager and immediately felt like I wasn’t welcome I was tempted to leave but I needed a cut bad and the place I usually go was closed so I had no choice. Anyways, after I waited for about 20 minutes the manager decides that she will cut my hair, I think maybe she can turn this around, nope. I sat down told her what I wanted even showed her a picture and she still looked confused. It was very simple In my eyes as my dad who is not even close to a hair stylist can do it but I he was out of town. She “cut” my hair, which she missed a lot of hair and didn’t even comb it after she messed it up and while cutting it she didn’t try to hold any conversation attempt that I made so it was just silence. After we were done and I payed and she actually said thank you which is why I giving them two stars instead of one. I don’t think I’ll be trying them again any time soon I’ll just stick to where I’ve always been going and if they’re closed I’ll come back the next day they are open. Solid 3/10 experience.
