1. Sam is the only person in the world I trust with my hair. My hair is challenging texture to cut, so I don't say that lightly. She takes time to understand the shape of your scalp, your hair texture, and your personal taste before cutting your hair. 2. "Beauty is a ritual, not a chore" is not just branding. Because Ritual serves one client at a time, the experience feels more akin to getting a massage than a haircut. I didn't realize until I was away from it just how chaotic a traditional salon experience can be. 3. Every time I step out of Ritual, I walk a little taller, feel a little more confident. It's an experience that I can't put a price on. Sam is a hair wizard - trust her magic. ✨

Kirby's facials are the best I have ever had and I look forward to visiting Lawrence so I can have one. Beckie knows my hair and what type of easy to care for styles that I like. Cindy was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to my daughter. She told me her hair was disgusting and nasty. Said it was “dreadlocks” when it wasn’t even close to that. It was just up for two days. She has very thick hair and a lot of and just talked constant trash on her, she was almost in tears. We were just getting he hair washed and thinned, she charges me $27.00 and than bitched to her coworker with other customers in the store because I didn’t tip her.
