I went in for a cut yesterday and asked for Emily because she had cut my hair the last time which was a while back. It was so cool because she has only cut my hair the one time and when she saw me it was like she had known me forever, she called me by my name, had a big smile, and remembered just how i wanted it cut and done an awesome job again.
