I went to tease hair studio for the first time today and had an appointment with Nichole. She was nothing short of amazing. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted without going scissor happy and even explained different ways to style my hair. She had a great personality and her whole staff was friendly. I would recommend Nichole and her team to anyone in the area!

I don't trust too many people with my hair but, on a whim decided to get my haircut while in Manhattan. I've heard of Regis Salon before so decided to try it.
I walked in and they were able do my hair right away. I asked for a trim with layers and for my hair to be thinned out. Melissa, my stylist, did just that and then some. She was very professional and told me what she was doing to/putting in my hair.
The Salon itself was clean and reasonably priced. If I'm ever need a haircut in Manhattan again I will definitely go back!

I have been going to A Cut Above to get my hair cut for the past few years that I have lived here. I have had a number of stylists cut my hair there, and all of them have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and talented at what they do. A year or so ago, they even fixed a botched hair cut I got at the mall. Today, Eva cut my hair, and as usual, I'm quite pleased with the results. I will keep going back, and I recommend A Cut Above to anyone needing his or her hair done in Manhattan.

A great and convenient place to get a hair cut. stylists friendly, wonderful to talk to, and are pretty good. $20 is a pretty nice deal too. Watch out for cheaper places in town, it takes a while for hair to grow back!

Wow, I was so amazed at how great I felt as I had my first hair cut and color at Studio S. Not only did I feel pretty, but I was so relaxed and felt like I had a new friend. Sherri has a great chairside manner and really listens to what I want, and then does it! I don't know that anyone who has cut my hair before has really heard what I said I wanted because now I know what that is like and it is so refreshing. I know that she does full body waxing, nails and AromaTouch Technique, I look forward to trying some of these additional services soon.
