I go here to get all my haircuts and I love them! But I just went today and the lady cutting my hair (Erica) was really aggressive and messed up my hair a little. Very rushed and not that good of quality. Kept hitting my head with the clippers instead of being careful. I’m still rating four stars because Other than this one time my haircuts have always been perfect and they always listen to what I have to say. I just don’t want another haircut from Erica.

Went in for a “simple trim” and left with lots of layers and a lot less hair due to the use of thinning shears. I had to google what they were; I had never had them used on my relatively thin hair before! I’m still baffled how it happened and am kicking myself for not speaking up when I saw the first few chunks (BIG chunks!) of hair on the floor. The haircut would probably work on someone who has the time or desire to style their hair everyday but, that’s not me. The salon did have a good vibe and I enjoyed the conversation - I really wanted to like it - but, making big choices about a style without making sure your client is ok with it is really not ok.
