Don't go unless you have an appointment. Have tried to get in at least two different times recently and was told each time that they were booked for next 3+ hours. Each time there has been at least one employee sitting around doing nothing when they are "booked". I have had it and will no longer even attempt to go there.

I checked-in on their app 40 minutes before closing. Showed up 10 minutes later just to be turned away. Horrible experience. What's the point in the app? The app said to be there before 5:00. I had started to go there regularly. I don't see myself going back.
