Started bring my 93 yo mother to Michael's and he treats her like gold. We are also buying a half steer for the freezer from him. Full service and a great guy.

Always on point! Rocco is my go to barber.

Good prices and friendly people.

Nice salon. My first visit with Jessica and she did a fantastic job interpreting what I wanted and working with my crazy curl/frizz. She knew my hair like she had styled it for years. I love it and I will be a repeat customer. Thanks Jess.

Very comfortable salon. Variety of great services. Friendly team.

Ziggy Ziggy Ziggy! The best hair artist in all of Pittsburgh. It's truly an art with him and the color is perfect every freaken time! Who does that? No one! Ur the best Ziggy!

We recently went on a Friday, we always do the mobile check in so wait time was not an issue for us. The gibsonia location is usually out go-to but we needed to go into cranberry so figured we'd just stop at the cranberry location great clips. Never again! My poor son's back of his head is shaved half off!, and not even faded into the longer hair they left going halfway up his head. He is a returning customer with notes in their system, which we have never had a problem with the stylists going off of at the gibsonia location. The girl left long pieces everywhere. Understandably sometimes when we get home from a normal cut, I'll have to get a few long strands that were left around the ears but this lady did a total hack job. They were busy so I could say maybe she felt rushed but she took over a half an hour on my son's hair. When it is normally a 10 minute or less cut. Not to mention my fiance's stylist, who was a different woman, took just as long on his hair when it is normally a 10 minute or less cut as well. Needless to say, we will never return to this location.

Love Ulta, but had the worst experience with employees at this particular Ulta. I was wearing lounge clothes and no makeup and they treated me like I wasn't good enough to shop there. When I tried to make an appointment with the salon I was told I needed a legal guardian. I'm 21. They need to treat every customer who walks in with the respect they deserve.

Hilary is Awesome!!
