In my journey to find a new stylist, I came across a very convenient location at JCPenney. I spoke to a few stylists, asking different questions and searching online for just the right person. There happened to be a Master Stylist who was very highly recommended from the other stylists. I set up an appointment to have an initial consultation, dimensional color, and any type of treatment available to keep my hair healthy and strong. I found the system to be very similar to my previous salon, (Ulta) where the "levels" are based on experience, and prices are set differently for each level. My hair is *very* tricky, but I was incredibly lucky to not only find a true Master, but someone with extremely similar hair with the same issues, and the NICEST person one could ever find!! She not only did exactly what I have dreamt of with my hair, but came up with even better shades than I could have ever found elsewhere. Her technique is unsurpassed, and I am thankful to have such a talented stylist, kind and intelligent friend, and a warm & welcoming salon to visit!! Please try the JCPenney Salon, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Went in for a haircut with my kiddo. I asked if they could fade on my way in and was met with attitude from one lady at the front. She told me that was rude to ask and teased me the duration on the visit. The cuts were good but the unprofessional nagging from the lady at that front was uncalled for. The one who cut my hair was younger and was extremely polite and respectful. She did an amazing job and if I could go see her alone she'd have a forever customer. BUT the other one made me so uncomfortable I don't think I'm comfortable coming back.

Zuri Total Image is a team of hair care professionals. They care for your hair according to your type hair and provide the best advice for the in-between time depending on how often you go and will let you know what is best for your hair. Only hairdresser I go to because you do have to be careful who you allow to care for your hair. I highly recommend Zuri Total Image for all types and styles of hair.

It's a fun place to get your hair done and all the girls do a great job.

Poor customer service...especially one woman jus terrible attitude. ..no idea what's her problem always seems like someone is out to get her.
