Great shop with great cuts. It has a very classy and professional atmosphere. They love walk-ins but I enjoy my weekly appointment.

After a nasty cut elsewhere, a friend recommended Head Over Heels, they fixed the nightmare hair and now I'm a loyal customer. They also know how to cut n style contrary curls which the cookie cutter shops do not.

Not kidding when I say that this was the worst haircut I've ever received in my life. Only when I got home did I realize that there are patches of hair that he didn't cut, theres a big patch on the back of my head where its shorter than the rest, and it's unevenly blended in certain spots. I guess I just assumed he knew what he was doing, therefore I didn't pay close attention to what it looked like while I was there. Im shocked he let me leave like that. I could have done a better job myself. Really nice guy, but it's safe to say I'm not going back to John F. for a haircut anytime soon.

I went here on a Saturday night to get my hair cut. The staff was friendly and nice, and the lady that did my hair did an outstanding job. It was a bit pricey, but for how well she did, I think it was worth it.

After a long day at work I needed some pampering, so I went to the mall and found Mastercuts. I was a walk in. It was about 7:30 pm. I asked for a trim and was asked to wait just a few moments. About a minute later a very nice girl called me back, hung up my coat, asked me questions about how I wear my hair and what I was looking for. She washed my hair and gave me the best scalp massage I ever had!! I could feel the tension just melt away. After some snipping she started to dry my hair. Calmly and gently, she didn't snap my neck back like has happened in other places. She kept asking what I wanted, what I liked. Even though she trimmed my bangs, she even dried them and then angled them so they wouldn't be too short! The end result was amazing. She didn't cut too much or too little. I was very relaxed, my hair smelled and looked great and the music that was playing kept me in a good mood! The place was clean, well lit, smelled good and the girls were so friendly! I recommend to anyone in the area !

They always give me deals when i go, and the pictures come out very nice. I never print them out that day, the quality is not as nice. My only complaint is when i go to pick them up, they sometimes are no ready when they say they will be. Other then that, i've always been very happy.

Went for a haircut on august 14th at 7pm. The girl asked me to sit on the chair with hair all over the floor and the chair. I asked: "you don't clean the floor?" She answered no.
