Loved it there and will continue to go back

This was a terrible decision and I've learned my lesson. I took my daughter here just to get a simple trim - yes I did want to take a good bit of length off - my daughter hair was down to her lower back and hard to deal with so I wanted to cut it to a couple inches past her shoulders but the lady really messed it up ...it's shoulder length ! I don't know how you get a simple trim so wrong. That isn't even all - Her right front section is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the rest of it!!! I am so upset & my daughter cried all night -- go somewhere else!! Lesson learned I don't like to complain but felt the need to warn people

I've only been there two or three times & will go back. They were courteous & showed interest in their customers.

My wife went to Ulta for a color job. Within 2 weeks the Redken color had faded and her grey was back. Ulta needs to go back or start having the stylist dress more "professional". My wife complained of how some of the stylist looked like they just crawled out of bed, with crayone colored hair and tats all over...disgusting....clean it up Ulta, you want get our money anymore......

First time I have tried this location, went in only because my usual had an over hour wait and I did not have the time. Will now use this salon only, Katie is the one that did my hair for me. I didn't really care what I had cut wise just outlined basics I wanted included. And let her decide the rest, turned out amazing! She and the whole team there was sweet and engaging very friendly, it feels like a family more than a business. So glad I stumbled upon this hole in the wall (literally at walmart lol) its best salon ever. I do not even mind spending the few dollars difference, the atmosphere makes up for it, the other salon I used was no where near as friendly and chatty. Love these guys

I love shopping at Ulta Beauty. I went in looking for a specific kind of eyeliner and was helped by Shellee. She was an absolute dream! She showed me so many different options and I could tell that she was very knowledgeable about the makeup and the different brands. That made me feel secure that I was buying a product that I was going to enjoy and probably return to re-purchase. Shellee is a great asset to the Ulta Beauty Team!

Always fast service, but I go at off-peak times.
