Was recommended Carrie by a friend. Had a really cute Bob with asymmetrical front that I told her I wanted to maintain. She chopped layers from the crown to where the Bob had been. Such a bad cut that I am wearing a wig. Was sick over it and still am. Could not ever recommend. If you have wavy wiry hair, do yourself a favor and stay away from her
