I absolutely love the service I get at HEAT. Jessica has been cutting my hair (perfectly) for over a year. She accommodates my crazy schedule and takes her time to make sure I leave the salon prepped and ready to tackle the world. It's easy to see Jessica's passion for perfection. The salon itself is always spotless and inviting. Love the men's section with Michigan-made product!

Excellent service and exceptional staff - After my Designer left the salon, I was referred to Timothy. After my first visit I knew I had found my new Designer. Engaging, creative, and professional are just three words to describe him. Not sure how to have your hair styled, Timothy has an eye for styles that will look great on you. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with this amazing Designer!

every time i go to sams style i have a great experience! these guys are pros they know what they are doing. there is no one touching the skill these guys have when it comes to mens hair design trust me ive been everywhere. always on time with their appointments and always a perfect haircut. my wife gets excited to call and make my appointment because she loves the way these guys make me look. very nice clean friendly enviornment for men to get an excellent haircut.

Have been going to Eclips since it opened, and I don't need to look anywhere else. Jamie is the best and I have never been disappointed with her work. Only negative, is she is so in demand that if I miss an appointment it is at times a wait to get back in. So I got wise, and now I book my haircuts for the entire year. All the staff is friendly and professional. Great experience each trip and I'll be going to Jamie until I have no hair left to get styled.... ☺

I know most of us ( parents) freak out. I tried for 5 days straight to get rid of the lice on my daughter by the 5th day i said forget it and went to Jamie's. Thank god I did because even thou i had ppl checking myself they missed the fact that i had them also.. which at that point i was mortified. But Jamie was so calming and made me feel like everything was going to be fine! And it was.. I'd recommend her to anone!!!

I’m so skeptical about cutting my hair. I’ve had numerous bad experiences from countless hairdressers so I’m pretty anxious about walking into salons. A friend of mine told me about a stylist, that she just started visiting regularly, named Kat. So I figured, why not? I downloaded the free app and took a shot. The online check in is pretty easy and actually convenient. I walk in and Kat was right there at the first chair working on a gentleman and stopped to greet me and complimented my outfit. I automatically felt welcomed. Once she was finished, she cleaned her station and seated me all within 5 minutes. Without even hesitating, we started chatting about my options and just when I felt like I should give up, she showed me so much patience and kindness. 15-20 minutes later, my hair is perfect. I’m absolutely floored. This girl is talent. You’ve earned my trust.
