The staff is very friendly, and the salon is stylish with a large selection of products for sale. Pricing is reasonable, and I have never left unhappy after getting my hair colored and/or cut. My daughter gets her hair cut and colored at Salon Couture too.

My stylist listens to what I want, makes suggestions and follows through so I am always happy with my hair when I leave. Great service and much more reasonably priced than my previous salon.

Never have a massage therapist on site

came here n this woman braided my hair soo tight couldnt sleep she charged me 100 they only in for the money called and asked her to see what she could do n didnt call me back dont waste your time i brought my sister here n the next day she had bumps all over her head they did her hair soo tight and her head was soo bulky from crochet braids they just give you random prices and the other hair dressers arent professional either

I should have read the review before I went to this store, otherwise, I wouldn't have been there. the stylists are so unprofessional. they don't know how to communicate with their customer. it's very loud here because they never stopped talking the entire time I was there. when I say loud, it's like loud to the point where it gets on your nerve. I was so impatient to just finish and leave. I got sewing, and it literally took 4.5 hours’ vs other stylists could finish it in less than 2 hours. you know why? as I said they are so engaged to talking, which makes them so slow. I WARN YOU not to go to this shop if you care about keeping your healthy hair. I took it down the next day because it was so tight to the point where I couldn't sleep that night without taking some Advil as the tightness of my hair gave me a severe headache. if you ask me to scale the pain, it was definitely 9. Moreover, I clearly told her how I wanted to get it done and showed her multiple photos to help her understand, yet looked like a mullet by the time I finished..lol. it was seriously embarrassing and don't worth to pay $80. you can get a better service and better job if you consider elsewhere.

Zero stars for confusion. Brought my girls in, was clear on what we wanted, but they continued to ask the girls individually at their chairs if they wanted more and more done...then they charged me. Will not return.

Skilled eyebrow shaping, professional haircut

I brought my daughter in for a super short cut with a hard part. She has a lot of cowlicks and stylists are usually hesitant to cut so short for a young girl for some reason. They did not hesitate at all, which was appreciated, and took a lot of extra care to make the cowlicks blend with the style she wanted. They also offer free neck trims, which is nice, since she likes to let the top grow out for a while to play with color. Walk ins are welcome and they are open until 6 on Sunday instead of 3 or 4... in Duluth... rare for a salon around here, lol! (We do miss seeing Helen Millen here though. Love ya Helen!)
