I love Grace salon! Justine always does an amazing job with my hair. All of the other ladies are super sweet and friendly.

Quick & efficient service! Love the online check-in option! I have been coming heee for years and the wait when they first opened was a little maddening! Now the online check-in has fixed that completely! They always note what they did to your hair, so they know what you like.

Garbage. Straight trash. I came in on Monday to see if someone could correct my hair color. The store manger was there and told me to come back on Saturday between 1630-1700 and she’d help me. I came back today(Saturday) and before I could even step foot all the way into the salon she told me it’s gonna be awhile. Why tell me to come back a certain day at a certain time then!!!!? I’ve had issues with this salon in the past with trying to get my sons haircut (staff is rude, acting like they hate their job and no one was even in a chair and told me it’s a two hour wait). My fault for even coming back. I honestly think wal-mart should get rid of their salons. The customer service is worse than the service inside the actual store.

I go to Natural image to get my nails done my feet done reflexology and my hair done I could never ask for nicer warm friendly people then who work there I would recommend natural image to anyone . Again great job great atmosphere great people
