This place is filthy and the employees are unprofessional. I received a survey after visiting this location and provided my honest feedback on the survey without an intent on posting a public review. After completing the survey I was contacted by Lisa W., "District Leader" asking me to provide additional detail about my visit. I sent her a highly detailed email about this place and she never responded. I guess the feedback wasn't very valuable to Supercuts!

I'm only leaving 1 bc I can't leave 0 stars. Walk in to get a hair cut they say its going to be a 40 minute wait so I said ok come back in after waiting 45 mins for them to tell me it's going to longer bc there was still 3 people ahead of me!!!! Nothing but lies and long waits hire more people or tell the REAL wait time!!! Not happy and never will be back and I advise everyone else just to go somewhere else as well!!!

I got a decent haircut, but not any different than Great Clips (which is a few bucks cheaper). The place smelled good and the haircutter was nice. However, the haircutter smelled funky and I didn't enjoy the hair cut. I'd give 3.5 stars (rounding up) because of the quality of service, but it was a little pricey for me and the haircutter smelled bad

Kacie did my daughter's updo for her wedding on 1.1.18 and did a beautiful job! She was very professional, personable, and prompt. My daughter had a small beaded headband, a vail, and a picture of what style she wanted. It turned out exactly how she pictured it would! She has very curly, long hair and Kacie had no problem. It was a wonderful experience for my daugther. I would highly recommend Lashes and Lace!
