Absolutely horrible experience. I was the only customer there. One employee was working around the store and another was asleep. The one who was sleeping got woken up to cut my hair. I wasn't sure I was willing to let her cut it by then. She was shaking and jittery, like she was on something. She was hopping around like a jack rabbit. I just stopped her mid-haircut and left. They need to be friendlier and more professional. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to in order to post my comment.

Not real friendly and dismissive of what I needed done to my hair. There are at least two other places in the mall the do a better job and more attentive to customers. A teacher at my sons school said this placed ruined her hair. Do not recommend.

Went for nails to be polished, etc. The associate very nice, pleasant, did a nice job.
The area for nails/pedicure is way "too small", felt cramped, would not go back. Plus, I really don't appreciate associates talking on their phone when tending to me.
