I went to get a haircut and saw this woman putting on her makeup ,,,it was about 7 or so ,,, about 15 minutes in to combing into my hair she stopped and said I had head lice ,lol I didn't have headlice it was just dandruff ,,,so I went and bought some lotion ,, never used it ,,,a week later went to another hair salon and she never mentioned to me that I had headlice ,,she just didn't want to do it because she was going out ,, I did get my hair cut from another place ,,won't ever go back there ,GRRR

I showed a picture of what i wanted my 3 year olds hair to be cut like. Not only did i not get what i asked for but one side of his hair was not faded properly and there is a huge line. My 1 year old also got a haircut and one side of his head around the ear looks like it went through a cheese grader. It is extremely uneven like the person slipped and took a chunk out. I would not recommend this place at all. Two kids haircuts by two different stylists and BOTH are messed up.

Well I was a walk in I had told the owner Penny that wanted my hair highlighted blonde I did not want my my bangs cut and I only wanted an inch and a half took off my hair will she cut my bangs up to my eyebrows and she cut my hair up past my shoulders she did not highlight my hair she died my whole hair blonde and it burnt my hair and I had to go to the hospital because I have chemical burns on my neck four head and cheeks do not go to this place this haircut and dye cost me $85 on top of the cost for the emergency room visit from the chemical burns I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well

My mom came in today for a mother's day haircut, they refused to cut her hair yelling for the whole area to hear and saying she had lice. When she got home we examined her hair to find dirt not lice. My mom was heart broken and disturb by their unprofessional behavior. They should have spoken to her privately. Don't waste your money go somewhere else!
