This shop is absolutely wonderful. My hairdresser was Celeste, who is a miracle worker. She was suggested to me after I got the most jacked up haircut of my life. Celeste was able to fix the horrifying catastrophe that was left behind after a visit to Tuscan Sun Spa. Not only is the staff talented, but they also create a fun environment within the shop, which makes me excited to return.

Worst place ever I asked for a hair cut and I showed a pic more than one of what I wanted they had me pick something else couldn't and wouldn't do the cut I told them if they couldn't I would go somewhere .. The lady was really mean about the whole thing never never again and when I got home noticed there was a chuck of hair that wasn't even cut

I will never come back to this store again. The employees were very rude and refused to use my coupon I had on my cellphone, but would not explain why. They followed me around the store and made me feel like a criminal. Need new employees.

Just visited. Love that you can check in online to reduce wait. Jennifer gave me the best haircut I've had in years. Will return!

I walk in there and there's one stylist there. She sighs and walks to me. She asked if I signed in and I misheard her and said "what?". She apparently misheard me as well, because she asked for my name and then got an attitude when she saw that I wasn't in there (obviously).
The miscommunication wasn't a problem, but this lady was immediately unpleasant. I just walked out.
