Great staff, happy and cheerful, did a great job with my perm and trim.

My family has been going here for about two years now, and it started out really really good and slowly got worse and worse. Today was by far the worst experience. I went in and had my hair cut and my sisters hair cut. I asked for my sister to ge a kinda layered bob looking thing and that is not at all what she got over half of her hair was gone by the end of the cut. Luckily her hair grows back fast. I went in for a trim, which is 13 $ and there wasn’t even hair on the floor maybe a few clips here and there but there was no difference to my hair, I still have all the split ends I had before. Honestly very disappointed in how our hair turned out today and will not be going back ever in the future.

Friendly staff. Good cuts and when asked, advice on the right cut for me. I have not had my hair colored. The only problem I have is the staff turnover.
