I have been going to the Mayfair location of Vidal Sassoon for about a year now and have had my hair done by Sasha. Sasha has been great in understanding my hair and what I want in a cut. I recommend her highly for anyone who is looking for a really good stylist. !!!

I had the worse experience of my life there. I actually never thought a haircut can be that bad not even done by a child would look like this. I went with super long hair and the person who cut my hair cut half of my hair super short (named it long layers) and the rest long. I went to another hair salon after to fix it (by fix meaning all my hair must now be short because of the way he cut it) the hair salon said it looks as if was cut by a butcher. Just dont go there its literally scary!

It is so hard to find a place where they do perfect cuts and that the price is worth the experience in London and I am so happy to have found Neville. The staff was really nice, they cut my hair perfectly and had exactly what I had asked for ,which is so relieving. Really recommend this place and have already booked to go back :)

Big thanks to Georgia - she is amazing at what she does. My daughter has also been going to Georgia for over 5 years, following her from salon to salon. We can't thank her enough, she exceptional at colouring! Would highly recommend her for colouring services.

Spent £300 for nanokeratin treatment a month ago. Don't waste money on this - first my hair haven't lost frizziness, I need to spend the same amount of time blow drying it as before and even then my hair is as if I never did keratin treatment. Second this treatment takes a lot more ironing than others so I have a feeling my hair is even drier. The hairdresser put a tiny amount of the product on my hair so that could be it but if not it's really a very bad product to offer in such a high profile salon. When I called to inquire whether they have keratin complex which I always use they said yes only to be told they actually have nanokeratin when I showed up for the appointment.

I have attended the salon on various occasions, very lovely stylists & staff & I always leave smiling. I love how quirky the salon looks too.

I can honestly say this is one of the TOP hair salons in London. This is my first visit to the salon, booking process was smooth and the girl on reception was very helpful and professional. I had my colour, cut and blow dry done with director Hiro Miyoshi. Walking into the salon I was welcomed with a warm smile from everyone, the whole atmosphere in the salon is calming, relaxing and very elegant. Director Hiro walked me in and sat me on one of the chairs. He thoroughly explained what we are doing and what will work for my hair, at this point I was relaxed and trusted him completely. Hiro was very attentive and very knowledgeable, he recommended a hair treatment that did wonders to my hair. Customer service was amazing, I would highly recommend the salon and will definitely go back for my next hair appointment.
