This is a special shout out to Tanya who really made my engagement ring shopping memorable yesterday! We went into the store and she was the first one to greet us. We were just browsing at first but found a ring that was gorgeous and afordable. It was really because of Tanya we bought it as I was debating between a couple rings from other stores. Her energy, professionalism and customer service skills are hard to find these days so thank you Tanya for positively adding to our experience! Give the girl a raise! Love Karissa and Christina

The first experience I had here was awesome. The salesperson I dealt with was accommodating and was happy to answer all my questions. I came back a couple months later to fix the chain on my necklace, and since I had a good experience before, I was comfortable going in. Unfortunately I dealt with a really rude sales lady, I explained to her my situation and she recommended I just change the chain. Which is fine, as long as I get my necklace fixed; she went to grab the chain and when she came back, she THREW the chain at me and walked away--she didn't say anything else and literally gave zero service. I was left really confused. I followed up asking if I need to pay, sign anything, show my warranty, give her back the broken chain...? She was not giving me the time of day. I had enough of her and asked for her name; she refused to give it to me and even askedwhy I needed her name. As if she wasn't aware of how disgustingly rude she was. I even called to speak to a manager and all they said that they will take my name and call me back. I never got a call back. I don't recommend this place at all.

Rarely have a good experience with jewellery sales people but I fortunately ended up with Lynden and he was reeeal great! Good guy, knows his stuff, actually cares. Ask for him when you go. He’s one of the only ones worth talking to. Besides that, their prices are pretty reasonable if you have a good find and they have a good lifetime plan but they’re always slow on returning repairs and resizes.

My fiancée and I were initially attracted to the price and selection of wedding bands on People's website. When we went in we were quickly greeted by 'Tanya'. We weren't afraid to spend money, but we also don't have 'expensive' tastes - we were looking for ethical, affordable rings that we liked regardless of traditional styles. Tanya was immediately receptive of that. she was fun, helpful, patient, and didnt pressure us to make any decisions or push us into buying something we didnt want. Rather, she seemed to know exactly what we wanted even before we did (and I wanted a particularly awesome stainless steel ring with, like, blue circuits and wires inside. she seemed to know that somehow. It looks badass. Seriously). Anyway, SO much better than some of the othe badgery, snooty-ass jewellery places we went to first. We bought the rings right then, we were that certain. I can't speak for the other staff, but if you're a mid-20's couple like my fiancée and I, ask for Tanya, couldn't be more awesome. ☺

First of all I had a bad experience ever, I was shopping a few times before in peoples and that were good, but the recently I went this place, the sales lady was nice and said will have 15% off on the weekend, she will call me if the one I like is included, she called me, I was so happy to go there and paid for the new one not the sample , so I wait for two weeks for my order, it comes one lower quality diamond! And no discount -stay the same price! Why? And they said they will order one next week from head office, so, I left and waiting for their call , unfortunatly they said I can either have the sample or the lower quality one or return it, I'm so disappointed the result from famous company PEOPLES JEWELERY , will never go there again, it is waste of time!
