Customer Service is horrible. I bought a ring and they said that they could engrave it. I called to come pick it up a day after they said it would be ready. I was told that it couldn’t be engraved because it was too thin even though we spent more than half the time choosing what to say on the ring. Also it came in the wrong size when I came into the store to pick up the ring. Then I had to wait another day and was dreading to come back in because I just wanted to get the process over with. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you are going to buy a ring.

I don't know what some of these idiots are talking about bad costumer service and waiting 45 minutes to get "noticed" but usually someone would go in and look for a while and not childishly stay quiet. Use your voice if you want help. Also I've been there three times and always had amazing customer service. I'm about to go again and get my wife's ring cleaned

Found this Zales while wondering around this outside mall. Went in to see their Vera Wang collection. Great service from Viviana, Bryan and another gentleman whom I forgot his name. All three helped me with my purchase and especially with my picky requests.

Poor service went to get my daughter earrings for her birthday and the workers were to busy gossiping for at least the entire time we were there. I had to ask if they were open to get noticed. After the whole 5 minutes she helped me she answered her phone. I left. I will never go again Horrible customer service.
