If i could give a 0 i would! Staff is totally unprofessional and needs to learn some customer service skills! I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional staff and this happened on more then one occasion! Always an excuse regarding the use of the extended warranty that i paid extra for!

Absolutely love this location! The ladies here did an amazing job on my daughter's ears. We have referred many people and will continue to do so. I love piercing pagoda but Kathryn and team are doing a great job making sure to always put the customers needs first.

Called to let them know I would be coming in to get my baby's ear pierced. When we got there no one was at the there but 2 girls where sitting on the bench next to the kiosk. I kept looking around for someone but no one was there the girls sitting there just looked at us know were needing service but didn't say anything. So I decided to call the number I called to let them know I was coming. Then the lady sitting next to the kiosk said she was on a call and would be 30 minutes. After seeing me walking around the kiosk for 15 minutes. Unacceptable customer service. So I went to Claire's and they did a FANTASTIC JOB AND THE LADY WAS AMAZING. AVOID THE PAGODA's at the Chapel Hills mall the lady was rude.

Excellent Work. These ladies know how to pierce. The employees at the Chapel Hills Mall are very professional, skilled, and kind. They made sure my son knew how to take care of his ear before they would pierce him. I was very impressed.

Great job. The workers were very sweet to my little girl. Did both ears at same time. They made it easy.
