Poor business practices

I wanted to share a very poor customer service experience. One that really speaks to the intent to deceive of this business. Please purchase your " diamonds" elsewhere as this site actually names their products in a deceptive manner as a means of passing off fakes as lab diamonds. If you don't "read" the fine print on this site you will in all likelihood make a purchase assuming you are buying a lab grown diamond but are actually purchasing Masonite. This is what happened to me. In 2017, my fiance and I purchased an engagement ring via this site. We fully believed that we were purchasing a lab grown diamond not a replica. All told we paid approximately $7000.00 dollars for the 3.5 carrot stone in a platinum setting we purchased. Clearly no one would spend this type of money on a pretty fake. Unfortunately this engagement did not result in marriage and the ring has sat in my jewelry box until recently, when I have finally decided to move forward and re-purpose the stone in

Happiest & Best decision ever!

Soo super happy and thrilled with my new engagement ring! Sam took amazing care of us, expressed patience great care with the back and forth - so many beautiful options! It arrived when Sam said it would, and surpassed our expectations! The ring is absolutely spectacular and i would highly recommend Diamonti by Quorri to everyone!

I commissioned an engagement ring from Quorri and the results were spectacular and the price was right. Did my fiancee like it? No, she doesn't; she loves it. She gets compliments all the time about her ring. I've recommended Quorri to several of my friends. Very happy.

Absolutely stunning! I had purchased the 1.50carat Aterna loose stone and as soon as it was taken out of the packaging I was at a loss for words. Sam had been very helpful and supportive through the whole process in answering questions via email as well as setting up the viewing. A lot of advice and space was provided making the sale very comfortable. I felt no obligations of pressure to make the purchase where you don't experience in any other jewellery retail store. Overall amazing experience and I will definitely recommend to friends and family to also join in on this amazing opportunity. Thanks again Quorri team. You definitely outdid yourselves. I love it!

Such an amazing company! I ordered an engagement ring recently and this is honestly one of the best companies anyone could go with. The amount and quality of customer service they provide is unlike any company i have ever dealt with. They will go beyond what is necessary to make sure you are satisfied. I ordered a custom ring and when i received it i was amazed. It was perfect in every single way. My fiance also loved the ring! I would recommend this jeweler to anyone and everyone looking for quality work. I will definitely be ordering more jewelry from them in the future!

My fiancee got me the Kaitlyn ring. The Luxe diamond is perfect, no one can tell the difference. If you want to upgrade to an aterna diamond it's still much more affordable! And for the price how could you go wrong? My fiancee saved over 7k compared to the quality and look of my ring. The service was fast, professional and reliable! 1000% would suggest Diamanti By Quorri (and have already referred friends ðŸ˜ðŸ‘Œ) Thank you!!!

Sam has been incredible throughout the process! I had a very unusual situation where I had my own ring settings and wanted to get diamonds fitted from Quorri. Given a very tight timeline for my proposal, Sam made sure to keep me updated and get the job done, and perfectly so! I am extremely happy with how my rings turned out and would recommend this company to everybody I know!
