We walked in at 9:45pm (they closed at midnight) the hostess, while leaning on the podium, barely looked up at us and NEVER greeted us. My sweet boyfriend said: "She's a mom! We're here for an early mother's day." Again...no look, no response. Not that anyone is required to care but we haven't been spoken to at this point. She whispered to a man standing there and STILL NEVER spoke to us. Later I saw her talking just fine to a co worker. If you don't want your job, quit. Not adhering to BASIC customer service standards is a clear indication you don't want your job. Our server was AWESOME! Sadly, not awesome enogh to undo the awful first impression 😖

My son and I had a wonderful Sunday brunch here. The manager gave us a very nice seat with great view of Pearl Street. He moved all the silverware away but for 2 of us. Our waiter was also very nice and professional. I will definitely come back this restaurant :)

Went tonight for a Sunday night dinner. My wife and I always get the chiken Picatta. The young lady at the front, looked like she hated her job. She walked us to our table, and there were greasy food droppings all over the floor. My daughter almost fell, after stepping on some noodles on the floor. I asked the lady to get somebody to clean it up. She looked at us ip and down and said “that is not my job” (rude as heck). The restaurant was almost empty, and I explained the manager what just happened. I chose another table, and the lady seemed annoyed, like it was our fault. We ordered our food as usual, and as usual, it takes at least twice as long, compared to other CCF restaurants around the country. The food finally came, barely warm and missing half the ingredients. The manager acted like he was clueless, totaly disengaged first. I explained capers were missing, the chicken and noodles were completely dry. I ended asking him to take the plate away and I was not paying for it. The place does not deserve to have the Cheese Cake Factory name. Bad service, slow and terrible kitchen. We are done with that location!

Good food and cheesecake as always. Service was extremely slow and men’s room was out of soap. Not acceptable. Especially on a Monday night when it is quiet. Someone should be fired for that.
