I hadn't had the quarter pounder in a while. It was good but not sure it has improved since it had been so long since I had it.

Ordered ice cream at drive through. Took 20 minutes to get it. When we finally got to the window we found that they had one person working and was told there were very busy. There were 6 cars in front of us and nobody inside. It was quite obvious that they had no pride in work. Never going back.

Drive through service is ALWAYS horrible. It takes forever to get your order and 9 times out of 10 it's missing something. I live nearby so they've had plenty of chances. Never any better.

Horrible service. I visited a month ago & ordered an egg & cheese biscuit (cheap). The drive through Rep took my money & gave 17 cents change when I should have had several dollars. Turned out he charged me for someone else's steak biscuits & hash browns but gave me only my cheaper sandwich. He then refused to refund me & shrugged in my face. Basically, stole my money blatantly. I immediately wrote to corporate & provided my phone number for resolution. We all know that they forward customer complaints to the local manager to follow up. 4 weeks later, NOTHING. Neither corporate or local management care at all. My family will never buy from this franchise owner and will never stop telling everyone in the area of their theft. Don't go to this unethical business, just keep driving an extra few minutes to get to one with integrity that actually provides customer service.

Takes 20 minutes or more to get food from the drive thru. Order is normally correct but they seem to always forget napkins and dipping sauce. Friendly service, clean restaurant. Wish they was open 24/7.
