Had the most amazing porterhouse and the service was excellent even while they were hosting a wedding shower in the next room. Be prepared to spend $100 per person if you're doing it right but it's worth every penny. Spend $7500 per year to be in their presidents club which gives you preferred reservations, wine locker, complimentary dessert drinks and more. I would recommend Morton's to everyone looking for a special night out in the city.

Great steakhouse with very high quality meat and service. Perfectly done steaks and very prompt service. I did find the corkage fee of $35 kind of high, but they also have a solid wine list. My wife and I enjoyed the best steaks we have had in a few years. Bone in ribeye was perfect.

One of the worse steakhouses I have ever been to. Only reason why I give this a 2 start is because the food was decent, not great just decent. The server that we had for our group of 11 people was very rude from the moment we sat down. From making sarcastic remarks to snatching menus out of our hands. Everything that we asked for there was some type of smart remark made. The Au gratin potatoes have bacon in it which is the first time I have ever heard of that. When I asked the waitress about the bacon in the au gratin she just said “ well that’s the way we do it here” in a very sarcastic voice. Our steaks were asked to come out medium well, they all came out well done. We brought that to the servers attention and once again she said “ well that’s how we do it here” I wasn’t aware that there are different levels to cooking a steak medium rare I thought it was a universal standard for cooking steak for all restaurants. And last was we asked the served to split the checks up before we ordered the food and she again told me that “they don’t do that here”. Which it really seemed to me that she just didn’t want to do it. And on top of that the ladies bathroom has no hand soap. We brought this issue up numerous times to server and nothing was done about it. If you are paying 60$ plus for a steak you would think to expect better service from a upscale steakhouse like this one. Very disappointed, save your money and take it to The Capital Grille instead.

Not impressed. Sad, because I really wanted to be. My biggest gripe was that through their actions, they reminded me that it was restaurant week multiple times. If you don’t want to give your normal experience, for less money, don’t participate in restaurant week at all. The place prides itself on its “amazing” service, but didn’t show it. The waitress was not engaging, our entrees were brought out to the wrong people, and before my wife even finished her salad, her entree was left on the other side of the table. They immediately brought the check out before desert was even done. We go to expensive restaurants regularly, and never get treated like this. We will find a different steakhouse that doesn’t treat people poorly. Also, $45 for a oz steak, no sides.

The staff were all amazing. Took our picture, told us happy anniversary, recommended certain dishes, etc. The manager was even on the floor helping clean up tables. Awesome team work! The 6 oz filet had a great flavor but was a bit tough. I ordered medium well and it was definitely well done. Not a trace of pink. And the creme brulee was not warm, but it was free (as an anniversary gift) so I didnt complain. The cheesy potatoes were great. The LITs were delicious. I would go back for another special occasion.
