I meant to write this review ages ago. I had a low-key birthday celebration at the Cheesecake Factory on the night of the Eagles Parade. The crowds had cleared and the streets were strewn with debris. Nonetheless, my younger daughter & I met my Temple student children (2) at this fine establishment. I regret to say that I did not get the name of our waiter. He was so polite, upbeat, hardworking and accommodating after what must have been an exhausting & trying day. He was SO fun & willing to help us out. The food was GOOD, but seriously what made the celebration/night truly enjoyable for me was to have a young waiter who seemed to enjoy his job and tried to be the best he could be at his job!! I will find out his name and speak to the manager! (Better late than never)

I just keep having bad experiences at this location. A couple years ago, I almost bit down on a piece of glass that was hidden in my mashed potatoes. The workers was dropping glassware the entire time I was there. Last night, I was eating Sheppard's pie when I cut open the ground beef and it wasn't fully cooked. I began opening all the pieces to discover that none of the pieces were done. My stomach began to turn. The waiter asked me if I wanted something else. After careful consideration, I declined. I will not be going back there. I will travel to they're other locations where I had better experiences.

We were greeted by a lethargic hostess who could barely utter the words, " go on up". Which meant someone at the top of the escalator will seat you. The scene when we reached the next floor was chaotic. The restaurant was crowded, loud, and sweltering. We were seated by a host who directed us to a table that was so close to our neighboring diners on the left and right that we could hear every word of their conversations. I can never understand why folks are forced into one another's laps when other areas of the restaurant are completely empty. I suppose they are sectioned off for the waitresses' convenience. The table and menus were sticky. We began to change our minds about staying when our waitress arrived. The young woman seemed full of energy, happy, and nice but was allowed to report to work looking like a drag queen. Her make up was not appropriate for this venue. The heat, the atmosphere combined with the overpriced average offerings on the menu compelled us to retreat all the way home to NJ. No food was tasted, no need.

I visited this cheesecake location to see if it was handicap accessible. they have a elevator to the second floor. wheelchairs can get in. I ordered the shrimp and pasta to go. My food and the service was great.

Great place, great service and unusual, interesting view from the second floor window. Plain cheesecake with fresh strawberry is delisious!!! Vegetarian or not, you'll find what fits your taste! They even have gluten free option. Been there couple times and it wasn't my last. If you never been there, I advise to try it asst least once!
