My girlfriend and I had a reservation on Feb 16. We were celebrating our Valentine's Dinner on this night. Beautiful building and decor although some of the artwork seems out of place. Staff is very friendly, professional and attentive. For an appetizer we had the fried goat cheese fritters. They were very good, very rich, but very good. My girlfriend fell in love with them and they made us very excited for the entrees. But we were soon disappointed. Salads came next and they were fine, not excellent but not bad either. I had the rack of lamb. It was good but served on a bed of burned potato skins. I don't get that as a fine dining item. I would have preferred a nice mash potato compared to those fries. My girlfriend ordered the NY strip medium rare. The bacon wrapped shrimp that came with it was good but the steak itself was odd. It was very tough and had a dry grainy texture to it. Even the center of the steak while being more tender than the rest, was still dry and grainy. And this entree was also served on a bed of burned potato skins. Again she also would have preferred a good mash instead of the potato skins. Very disappointed. For desert we had the coconut cake which was good. Overall not what we were expecting for the type of meal we were looking for.

Third and definitely not the last visit here. Appetizers and food were fabulous. We brought our friends from London here and we all enjoyed every bite. From the shrimp & grits and fried green tomato starters to the roast prime rib, scallops, seared tuna, and trigger fish, it was all delicious.

It's hard to find a place to get good food when you're Vegan and Sullivan's impressed me tonight! They had 3 options, I chose the black bean patties with risotto and a side of veggies. Delicious!! All of there options looked good and the atmosphere was very nice, upscale but still casual.

This is a wonderful sit-down restaurant especially with the whole family. The shrimp and grits are phenomenal and rival some of the best shrimp and grits i have had even in Charleston, South Carolina. They have a huge dessert display which is dangerous if your on a diet but looks amazing
