High quality Brazilian grill. Very similar to the one in San Francisco, although I found the salad bar her to be better. Come very hungry, stay light on the salad bar (unless you are vegetarian, then go for it!) and avoid the cheap meats and you are gold. This place is awesome and a great way to spend a good evening in Bellevue. Fun times.

I love this place and the value you get is great. So much meat to choose from, it's a carnivore's delight. Don't waste time, room or effort on the salad bar, keep your card green and if you don't see enough of what you'd like, ask the gauchos and they'll hook you up. The service is always polite, friendly and outstanding and the food is amazing. Great winter selection, too.

Fresh vegetables, salad, olives, garlic, fresh asparagus, hearts of palm, so much more. Fogo has all the heart of a salad bar and goes beyond. I dipped my blanched broccoli in the Soup....that day it was squash delicioso. Cheese, salami, so much more....I could have made my own Caesar from that presentation... .ok now to get onto my meal... Appetizer: Perfect for two. I was going to eat only half and take it home, but, um, too delicious. I ordered the second fish tier appetizer. Four huge shrimp, two large crab claws, and an eight ounce lobster sliced in half. Beautiful presentation. I did have to ask for melted butter. Then I ordered the meat. An amazing experience. Delicious and healthy food and a great staff. I hope when I go back soon it is as wonderful as the first time I went. And enjoy the Brazilian Cheese Rolls you get at the start of the meal when you sit down..... If I have to reserve a space after this review, I'm not going to like it.

Fogo de Chao is the perfect place for any special occasion. Staff is very professional and friendly. There is a wide variety of meats, all if which can be cooked according to your taste. So don't be afraid to ask. They will be glad to do it. They also have a great variety of wines which are also very reasonably priced. The reason I'm giving this place this four stars instead of five is because sometimes you might have to wait for a while for the people with the different types of cuts to come to your table, which can be quiet annoying when you're starving.
