Worst burrito of my life. Guacamole is actually brown, they barely give you anything but rice. Very cheap. For a $14 burrito I expect it to be good. Literally a sprinkle of cheese! When it was done the middle was completely ripped, I ended up with rice all over me and the floor. They gave it to me like that even after they ripped it. I will absolutely never go back to that location.... Ever!

I love the Mucho Burrito near Landmark16, but since I don’t live near there, I decided to give the Sarcee location a try since it was closer to me. Honestly very disappointed with both the service and the food at this location. In terms of service, I arrived at the location and there was only one person in line in front of me, and two ladies working the line. The lady responsible for my order seemed distracted the whole time and kept almost filling my order with ingredients I did not ask for and forgetting to put in items I actually did ask for. I had to correct her constantly to make sure the right ingredients were being used. And even though it wasn’t busy, after putting salsa on the burrito she just left my order on the counter and disappeared for 5 minutes, all the while I can just feel the wrap getting soggy from sitting there. When they finally rang up my order, the cashier was very rude and impatient. In terms of quality of food, this location was vastly inferior to the one near Landmark. The rice looked soggy and tasted very bland and the beans were weirdly sour. Nothing felt fresh. Also I don’t think my burrito was mixed properly because all the guac and salsa were on one side and the other ingredients on the other side so basically one end of my burrito was icy cold sand the other was hot. Waste of $11.
